  • We ship from our locations in New York and Chicago.
  • Once the order is successfully completed you will receive an e-mail order confirmation and details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • Please note that our process time for online orders is 2- 4 days.
Continental US orders:
  • All orders above $350 to Continental US address qualify for free shipping.
  • Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
  • Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within Manhattan. For orders under $50, we charge $5 for local delivery.
  • Deliveries are made from 5 pm to 8 pm on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of the package arrival.
In-store pickup
  • You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Westfield World Trade Center. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your will get a confirmation email. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up.
  • Our in-store pickup hours are 11 am to 8pm from Monday-Saturday, and 12 am to 7 pm on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
  • When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the delivery status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 14 days receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS: (Updated on November 17, 2023)

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless in the unlikely event of a faulty item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We also accept in store returns for purchases made both online and in store.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, in the same condition you received it, with the tags attached and receipt or proof of purchase included. Items that do not meet this criteria and the time limit are non-returnable.

Items bought on sale or under promotion are not eligible for a refund. All purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim to
Mongolian Gallery does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will notify you via email and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
