Shipping & Return
- We ship from our locations in New York and Chicago.
- Once the order is successfully completed you will receive an e-mail order confirmation and details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- Please note that our process time for online orders is 1-3 days.
All orders above 200$ to Continental US address qualify for free shipping.
Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within Manhattan. For orders under $50, we charge $5 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 10 am to 3 pm on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of the package arrival.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Westfield World Trade Center. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your will get a confirmation email. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11 am to 7pm from Monday-Saturday, and 12 am to 6pm on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the delivery status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURNS: (Updated on November 22, 2020)
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless in the unlikely event of a faulty item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We also accept in store returns for purchases made both online and in store.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, in the same condition you received it, with the tags attached and receipt or proof of purchase included. Items that do not meet this criteria and the time limit are non-returnable.
To return an item please contact us via email at email@example.com. Please send your purchase back in accordance with the instruction you will receive from the above- mentioned email.
Items bought on sale or under promotion are not eligible for a refund. All purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
